The swaps on the vfb are posted here by the person
running the swap. Someone decides to meister a swap and decides on the
theme, number of flies/tiers, and the due date. There's a few going on
now, but I think they're filled. Hang loose and watch and be
patient. A swap will start up soon, probably after the 1st of the year,
when everyone settles down. You can then post in answer, thus being one of
the swappers. The 'swap-miester' will post a list of the swappers, then
start communicating to the swappers off vfb.
