Nope. Definition of LD50 (median lethal dose) is: that dose that will kill 50% of all test subjects within a set period of time (LD50 or LC50 values should always be accompanied by a time frame. Acute fish LC50s e.g. are for survival after 96 hours of continuous exposure). So at 12.1 liters you'd expect that less than 50% but significantly more than zero (unless the dose-response curve were ultrasteep) subjects would die. Plus you might still die after a longer observation period...
