Rule #? If there is water, you can fish it.
Rule #?? Come rain or snow or blistering sun, you will fish what water you
will find.
Rule #??? To qualify as a member, you must have weathered at least one fall
in a body of water, resulting in either a caught fish, a caught fisherman(other
than yourself), or being teased about for atleast one full season.
I did the whole River Runs Through It scene on the West Branch once.
(Delaware) Caught an American Shad in the tail but didn't realize it until
it was to late. Landed it though, about 1/4 mile down stream from where i
hooked it. I feel in on the way too, and got spooled. I mean the pawl got
flipped, so i was free spoolin'. I had to get it in by hand finally. Boy
that was FUN. Fortunately it was May, so i didn't catch my death. WAS one of
the last times i ever used that reel though.....a very cheap old Martin. Boy
a nice Shad hooked in the tail is a serious fight. lol, mark
