Steve,
I like to use clear mono for the heads with clear
head cement. The body colors show through as the head threads become clear
when the cement is applied. Coloring is not necessary after that. But I do
like to use a clear flexible head cement mixed with a little opal micro-glitter,
especially on deceiver and shrimp patterns.
