You got it, Murf! Heather L. invented it. She ties it on the tape you mention. The white deer hair is on the front 1/3 or so of the fly. The rear section is green, orange; I've even seen a couple of Gary's in purple.

The Mohawk is an attractor pattern invented by Gary LaFontaine's daughter which has done quite well out west. The orange version is new to me but I have a tape of Gary with Jack Dennis called "tying attractors" with the info in it and am pulling this from memory. I think the original was tied with white deer hair but could be wrong.
