So they're both rinse agents... So would jet dry work with the silicone
also?
Ivory liquid is still cheaper but for people who want to stick to the same
type of product ... jet dry is a little easier to locate than photo flo
without going out of your way.

Photo Flo and Jet Dri are both wetting agents, not soap. Def: [n] a
substance capable of reducing the surface tension of a liquid in which
it is dissolved.

Kodak Photo Flo keeps water from beading up and leaving water spots and
drying marks on processed photographic film. It lets the water drain
off in sheets rather than beading (which is a byproduct of surface
tension of water). As listers have noted, this is available in a place
that sells photographic darkroom supplies. There are a lot of online
sources. A little goes a very long ways.

Jet Dri keeps water from spotting glassware in an automatic dishwasher.
You've seen the ads about drying your wine glasses spot-free. The UK
folks should be able to find a comparable product.
