I should have thought of that. We use them under stuff in the car -
cake pans, food dishes, tackle boxes, slick plastic, slick anything.
They're great. They are shelf liners, found in the housewares
department. They come in 1X3-foot rolls......or is it
1X6-foot........
No matter. Cut them into 1 foot squares and store them in your car,
your boat, your.........heck, a couple of them might even keep you
from accidently sliding out of your chair at the barber shop! Okay,
for Deb it's the beauty shop.

On a side note,
You can find them in all colors, including black at Lowe's and Home Depot. Here is what I use them for:
Cut them apart in sets of two, attach to hook shank, wind a hackle, presto, instant floating ant. as a bonus, they are unsinkable.
