I live too close to Philly to root for any other team... openly... Forced endorsement via geography, if you will... but I will point out that the betting places (I don't bet, but the newspaper lists this) have the Pats as a 7 point favorite. And I *DID* go to Worcester Polytech, after all... ;) And I just happen to own a Patriots jersey, hat, and pennent... but then who am I to root one way or the other? (GO PATS!)
And to keep this fishing related, I'm tying up some spey flies with superbowl team colors. I can't host it *NOW*, but I was thinking that it would be cool to have a super-bowl swap... but then with the due date after the fact, it may be silly... maybe a "team colors" swap? Maybe due the end of May or something far off... just offering it as a topic of conversation to see interest. If people can wait until the end of May for the due date, I can host it.
