Another good hand cream/body moisturizer is Wool Wax Cream.  It's not always easy to find - usually at fairs and such.  We buy a heap of it at the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival the first weekend in May, and use it all year.  It's particularly good in this dry cold weather.  It's got lanolin, as the name implies, and no perfumes.  There are similar festivals around the country, the second best (maybe the best) is in Rhinebeck New York.
