Well have fun Jeff, and be carefull with the family out on the road. Frickin' place is so dangerous. I spun out on the highway (black ice) back in Dec. and crashed my Avalanche into the gaurd rail. Think i nodded and jerked the wheel, but i'm really not sure, and never will be. I pick it up tomorrow, 5K on the credit card. We pay the first 1K, got the check for the rest already deposited. I been drivin' the old Suburban every since. I was goin' up hill in a snow storm at 40mph..........next thing i know i'm in the rail. Was estimated at over 6K damage, but the adjuster got it down to $4,120.35 but after the work, a new set of tires and allignmemt, it'll be 5K. I was lucky (fortunate) not to have busted my ass. Wasn't hurt one bit. Just be careful. Take care, mark...............

Hi folks. My plans have changed and I will not be
attending the Sowbug Roundup this year. Our family is
looking towards hitting the round to watch the
Jayhawks in the NCAA tourney during spring break. This
only affects a few of you in a small way. Originally,
Jimmy D. was handling the rooming at Wildcat Shoals
Resort and I was handling menus and food. When Jimmy's
plans changed, he had asked for somebody to step up
and volunteer to handle the rooming. To date, that has
not happened. If you folks want to co-op the meals,
somebody will need to take over that duty. I know that
I am going to miss a fun time this year, but KU hoops
is really the only mutual interest that Val and I
share with all 3 kids and feel like this would be a
fun thing to do. Have fun. -Jeff
