As you prolly know, Jim used to own English Angling Trappings, one of the best A.S. fly materials supply houses. He recently sold it and it is now owned by the same guy who had/has The Anglers Den i think it is. Jim is now completely wrapped up in the two shows he does each year. I'm sure he can get you the info you need for Peter W. though. mark

Is the gentleman's name Peter Whittingham? He ties a fly called the Pot Bellied Pig that resembles what you describe, and is a Ghillie from Scotland as you describe. I met him during our honeymoon to Scotland, if I recall it was in the North-east region, around Aberdeen or Inverness, tying in a fly-shop... Is this the same gentleman?
