Here's a consumer perception: I'm just envisioning an special evening of celebration, like an anniversary of note, and the waiter bringing over that bottle of fine vintage champagne. He holds it out for the patron to read and approve the label, then deftly and expertly unscrews the cap. Something's wrong with this scene. Anyone care for some Annie Greensprings Champagne?
