Ewww. Guinness at cellar temp? Heck, it's served chilled in Dublin, where it's made. My wife and I quaffed a few pints at the top of the tower over the Guinness brewery last year, and it was served chilled. Guinness is too heavy of a beer to be served at cellar temp.

Ah ha, funny though......i can see drinkin' Guiness at room temp....just somethin' about it. Love Guiness. Never had it room temp though, or over there at all. All the beer i drank over there came from over the downstairs bar at Ronnie Scoots Jazz Club in SoHo. With maybe the occassional beer from a pub, with fish&chips, or in the hotel. Tell you really, ....was in London a lotta times for a two engagement, and every time by Wed. or Thur. of the second week, i couldn't wait to get outta there, lol. mark.....

Mark,
The only thing that was served cold (at least to me) was the Guinness. Stella Artoille (sp?), Bass, and Isaak Walton Ale were all at around a cool room temp. They were so smooth I actually liked them at room temp.

Cheers,
Tim
