I am sorry that I have taken sooo long to get this out.  Between getting 
it ready and traveling I have not had it ready but here we go.  With 
DonO's help we have a certificate and a charter.  I will print them off 
for the charter members and mail them to you.  What I need is a name that 
you want on the certificate.  You may want as Don has suggested include 
your handle i.e. Donald "DonO" Ordes.  Next I need a mailing address for 
all charter members who want one.  I can take care of postage unless 
someone wants to donate something - a dollar, a favorite fly, a patch of 
polar bear, a new Law vise, a flyfishing trip to Alaska, anything you want 
- but nothing is necessary.  But I do need names and addresses.

If Byard wants maybe he could post in a dark hidden section of the site, 
the IOFF charter, charter members and all newbies who want to be known as 
a flytying fanatic.
