The paper that I used for the certificate is a nice parchment paper. I will
be happy to do the same for anyone wanting the charter but since it is a
"nice" paper I don't want to send it to anyone not really wanting it. Would
you do me the favor and I apologize for more band width, of letting me know
if you want the charter as well. Not a problem if you do just don't want to
waste this.
