Hi Mark, thankx for the info. They had some that were much longer, (handle and duster part) and had many colors in one, but each color section was to short to be of any use unless you tying a real small hooks. The material itself was different on those too. I guess until i actually use the stuff and see how it works, i won't know much. Maybe i'll take one with me and try it out tomorrow. I have a show in N.J. again tomorrow. mark

mark,

Dollar Tree is where I get mine. I just keep checking
back to see if they get any more colors. their supply
changes a bit sometimes. I've gotten white, black,
yellow, light purple, light orange, red-orange, blue,
geeen and light gray. Had to go back several times to
get the variety. they often also carry a larger
multicolored duster with red, yellow, chartreuse and
blue all on one, but the fibers are a bit courser. I
have not noticed any problem with static with them. I
tie many of my slatwater flies with this stuff since
it is cheap and holds up very well in the saltwater.
i also use them for tailing materials on poppers
between splayed saddle hackles.
