So far, we have 4 IOFF swappers.  I promise to make the rules simple and offer plenty of time.  Again, the idea is to have every member participate so those certificates can be mounted with flys tied by each member.  Because we could have as many as 50 involved, I was thinking of a date due far enough out to ensure everyone could participate.  Your suggestions regarding this project are welcome.  Nothing final yet.

The rules under consideration so far include toe tags to identify the tyer, size (large enough to be seen in the frame but small enough to fit all flys), patterns (do we want traditional, unique to the tyer or allow all?), due date (is June 15th okay so we get past the major hatches, graduations, weddings, but before vacations?), signatures (you write em and I'll scan them so you can print on border of choice)... other ideas?
