Make arrangements to have all meet at the lunch room at a given time on Friday or Saturday if all will not be there on Friday.
Quite a few will be tying. Another thing you can do is have all come over to Wildcat on Saturday evening after the show like we did last year. There is a nice big room with fireplace. Good background for a photo.
