Montana has a law against harassing hunters or fisherman. We also passed
a bill this year that makes it our constitutional right to hunt and
fish. This was done to fend off any attack from PETA and others.

I don't follow politics/laws/etc. that closely, but I was pleased to
read in this morning's paper that Indiana has a law against someone
harassing people who are fishing.  I'll try to look into it a little
more.
