1.  5 or 6 wgt
2.  WF
3.  Depends on water depth.
4.  Floating line with a popper with a dropper fly.  The dropper might be 5 to 10 feet long depending where the crappies are hanging out.
With the intermediate or sinking.  Minnow "flies" on a short leader.
5.  Small Crease style flies, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inches long.  Something I call and Estaz Bug in White or Chartreuse, size 8 and 10.   Another homegrown pattern I call a Spey Fleye.  Freaner's Flasher tied in size 8 and 10 and minnow patterns tied with blended Mirror Image or Fuzzy Fiber, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inches long.  Light Blue/white, Sea foam Green/White, Chartreuse/White.  Same colors I'd use with the Crease Style Flies except the would be over MOP Silver.  I've got three patterns I just tied up, one's a soft floating minnow pattern, another is a foam minnow that was a Crease Fly before being attacked by a Dremel Tool, and some small patterns tied with Awesome Hair but they might be a bit flashy for fresh water.
