Dumb Dumb DUMB,
Well, sometimes I am real DUMB. I took your advice Don O, but first I
tuned it upside down and soaked it in a bit of Isopropyl alcohol, (what is
used to thin it). Tapped it on the counter, tried it, tapped it again on the
counter, tried it, Then, just as I was going to tap it again, my back went
out. Instead of taping it, I slammed it down trying to catch myself. Both
ideas failed. I broke the cap to pieces and hit the floor hard to boot. So,
now to get some more when I get a chance. And if it happens again, (gets
stuck), I will remember to be setting down when I try to tap it.
Thanks for the idea though.

Turn it over and tap it on the cap a few times pretty hard on a counter-top.
Then try to open it again. Repeat until it works. This happens to me all
the time. Careful with tools like pliers- they can bust the cap pretty
easy.
