Last week I picked up Gierach's latest, "Still Life with Brook Trout".
I've
read the first few chapters. Enjoyable. Like sitting around talkin'
fishin'.
Then I noticed it. I had closed the book & set it down front cover up. My
mind whispered "What's wrong with this picture?". I examined the dust
jacket & muttered something like "Crap, this is Gierach?"
