Rodney,

I got so many folks wanting the rules changed in different ways that I left it up to the tyers to decide within reason.  While a #8 streamer is a bit big if another tyer enters a #16 dry beside it, it will still fit in the format I've imagined.  Now those 2/0 minimums of another swap are just too big for the shadow box size I imagined but your #8 is reasonable, if not on the edge.  Now if you tell me its a 6x long hook then maybe we should talk.
