The final number of flys is 35, but with this many swappers I wouldn't be surprised if a couple dropped out.  Maybe not, as this swap should be very much anticipated by the participants.  No need to tell me what you are tying, as surprise will be part of the excitement.

If any of you are not tying yet and/or have any concern of tying 35 flys in 4 months time, contact me now please.  Again, no worms or eggs.  Tie a fly worthy of your abilities without making the task too difficult and causing the swap not to be enjoyable for you.  It's just 2 flys a week, well within the comfort range if you start now.
