One of the best moves Springsteen ever made with his band was to set his ego aside and add Lofgren. I have memories of shows where I thought Nils' guitar might burst into flames any second. I just saw that Little Feat are going to be here for a summer festival. On another note, I'm still in that troublesome picking out my pattern for the big swap phase.

Last saw Neil and Crazy Horse in Columbia, MD about 12 years ago. Met him briefly backstage. Also was at Willy Nelson's place between Conifer and Evergreen, CO about 9 years ago before the IRS problems (okay, we passed by the front gate). Neils Lofgren (sp?) is from this area and my buddy Allan got me in to see him a while back in a local joint. Won't tell you my "experience" with Jimi Hendrix. Lina saw Little Feet when the lead singer wore a paper bag over his head. Oh? This isn't the music board, is it? (To see my buddy Allan Clark, go to www.riptide.com if the site is still up. Funny seeing a bunch of my Republican friends playing for Al Gore and a bunch of famous musicians.) Speaking of tying flys, I hear you have 5 tied. Way to go Mr." I need until December". ;-) Murf "Entomology is not Buggery" Favorite Site & Forum: www.virtualflybox.com Favorite Source for Fly Tying Products: www.LinesEnd.com >From: "mark romero" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >Reply-To: <[email protected]> >To: <[email protected]> >Subject: Re: [VFB] Fly Box Mess Swap, round 2? >Date: Sun, 10 Apr 2005 17:14:58 +0000 > >Murf, did you know Neil Young had a brain anurisum a week or two >back?
