hmmm had just started trying the follow the fish with some measure of 
success so I will pursue that avenue.   (just like for real).. the only 
thing missing from the fly sim is a good way to easily tell the weight of 
the fish...

       I to play Fly SIm when I cant go and have the spare time. I have 
beat
all the levels currently available.
       To land any of the trophies, you must use a fine leader, a good hook
set, and you must follow the fish. If you are mainly using the nymphs that 
are
available, use a heavier tippit and set your drag up to atleast 40%.
