Thanks, Jerry,
I am looking at their PDF hook chart and the T10-6H hook seems the closest to what I am looking for. Can anyone tell me whether the T10 designation means a tapered loop eye? They don't list colors on the chart, so I will have to look elsewhere on their web site to see if that hook comes in red.

Back on the list after a pretty nondescript fishing trip. Still too early for mayflies or terrestrials. Spent most of the time dodging other peoples' very nasty illnesses! Picture Howard Hughes in 'The Aviator'. *grin*
Got a couple new patterns to try, but am puzzling over the hooks. I will list these two and see if they sound familiar to anyone... looking for the manufacturer name and product number.
First is a 3x (estimated) streamer or long nymph hook. It has a tapered loop eye and is RED metallic. I believe it was a turned up eye, but am a bit foggy on that one. I am doing this by memory, having just seen the fly once.
Second is a standard #16 dry fly hook, but with BLACK metal.
Can anyone suggest the matches to these descriptions? Thanks. Will send the list a couple new patterns soon plus the stories that go with them.
