Unsubscribe.
You get off the list just like you got on:
Go to www.virtualflybox.com
In the upper left hand corner under "Participate", click on the "E-mail List". On the next page that pops up, put your e-mail address in the box at the bottom of the page, click "Unsubscribe" and then click "Submit".
Doesn't get any easier than that.
