A good friend of many of us (who posts on the FF@ list), Harry Boyd, has a problem.

Are there any PC/Netscape  users out there who can help Harry?  SInce I don't think

Harry is currently on VFB, correspond directly with him (I've highlighted his address).

Hi friends,

   A few weeks ago I had a computer problem and eventually moved from
Windows 98 to Windows XP.  I have always used Netscape for all my email
and browing.  Before installing XP, the technician backed up my data on
a CD.

   So I have all my old Netscape data.... but when I re-installed
Netscape, I can't figure out how to get it to retrieve all my saved
Netscape email messages.  Many of them are important to me.  I searched
the Help site at netscape.com and found their instructions about
renaming the user profiles, but can't seem to make it work correctly.

   Any suggestions?
