Jimi: I think the fly you are referring to was created by a fellow named Bob Johns about 20 years ago and was a large wool head sculpin streamer. Bob Johns also had his own design hooks made for him by Partridge of Redditch, England. I have the feeling that Bob Johns has since passed away. It is not an easy fly to tie.
