On such a short rod, you will probably not
be casting more then about 30 Ft. I am guessing. The belly of most wf
lines are between 30-50 ft so it wont do you any good. I have a 2wt
redington wayfarer that is 8 ft long and it does better with a dt2w then the
wf3w, because I am only casting 5-30 ft with it. Just my experience,
