Good to hear from you Murf. I am completely wiped out from the 10 days (counting early arrivals and late stay overs) of the Roscoe Gathering/Fish-In and the Clearwater Junction. Lookin' after over 50 attendees for the RGFI and and a like number for the CJ, plus puttin' on the TGF C.C. dinner after the show on Sat. night has knocked me out. I slept all day and feel worser than i did before i went to bed. LMAO..........but the show was really cool. We didn't have the attendance i hoped for, but maybe next year. All the tyers enjoyed themselves, (right Deb?), and say they will be back next year. My wife got the "Tyers Hat" (with flies from every tyer in it) in the auction and i got the framed salmon fly Tim Trexler donated. I still have only 5 flies done for the IOFF swap.....lol. Time to get crackin'. mark

While I am a terrible contributor these days, I will get you all up to date quickly.  Byard came down to my cabin for a few days and we tied a few.  Actually, Byard tied all his IOFF flys while there.  He is probably up on the west branch right now fishing the green drake hatch.  My buddy said the drakes were not great in north PA last week so maybe Byard will hit it right.

Byard gave me a lesson on tying paraloops and some other techniques.  Unfortunately, I not only do not own a gallows tool, an extension on my AK to attach certain goodies, but also am lacking the 2 rubberbands and 2 hooks with epoxy tips to set up the thing.

Byard has been fishing quite a bit lately and if anyone needs to connect with him I'll pass on any concerns if you contact me directly.
