I went ahead and picked it up off of ebay. It was in with a few other
books. I ended up with the following:

The Compleat McClane
 Float Tube Fly Fishing
 Sports Illustrated Fly Fishing
 The Fly Tyer's Handbook

For $15. I was pretty happy.
