As far as putting a cap on the number of participants, I thought I'd see if anyone was interested first, and then take it from there, maybe somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 to 15 participants... All flys are to be submitted with toe tags, with tyers name and email address, that way if someone wants the recipe and tying instructions for a particular fly, they can contact the tyer of that fly directly... Less work, less hassle for everyone involved... Other than that, normal swap rules apply, (flys are to be submitted in a tin or crush-proof box, which will be returned, a return lable and enough $$$ or postage for the return trip back to the participant.) -----------------------------------------------
