- My Friend
Hi Gang,
Just wanted to let you know that Gerald
Lawhorn, from Albany, Georgia, one of my good fly fishing friends has been
diagnosed with ALS. His doc said he had about 6 months to live, so it
must already be pretty bad. Gerald doesn't know that I know, so if
any of you just happen to know him, don't let on!
However, I would
sincerely appreciate your thoughts and prayers for Gerald during this
difficult time. He and I are slated to spend a week at Philmont in
September fly fishing for rainbows. Denny, You met Gerald at the
Philmont Fly Fishing Invitational, last Sept.
My best to you all,
and I will send the Quote of the Day a little later today.
JIMMY
