My daughter sends me cat whiskers often. My grand daughter finds them in
the house and saves them for Grampy. I guess cats shed them at times.
There is a fly called "The Cats Whisker". They will be visitivisiting in
afew weeks, I suspect they will bring me some more.

LOL, i don't know bout that balance thing, but i believe they do help them
judge distance. Just get a brush from the pet store and comb her belly for
dubbing fur. Hell, she'll never miss a wisker or two (tails) at a time,
