If you're worried about rust on the vise, your fur, hair, feathers, etc 
might get moldy or infested.

Bulk isn't too much of an issue... I have a single tray tackle box that I 
am going to use for materials, tools, and the vice. My main two reasons 
that I think that the Dan-Vice might be a better choice it the weight 
issues and the rust factor.
