I checked these out at our sportsman's store. It's all the "skirts", dyed 
and in colors, that you get with the necks for free with other suppliers' 
birds.  They would be fine for bass or salt water flies, but even at that, 
were mostly junk and non-usable for standard trout flies. Joyce
