I’m looking for someone that has 6 yrs of experience as a district mgr in a very large big box retailer so I mentioned Bass Pro Shops only because the interest is so strong that for that company he would take a reasonable entry level.  We still want to eat though and my fishing skills aren’t up to par.  J Thanks for everyone’s helpful suggestions.
