I believe he was 87. He lived for a time in Lake Charles and worked for the local PPG plant as an engineer. He also was a pilot and flew his plane quite a bit. Then I believe he moved with his wife to Missouri for a a while. After his wife died he moved back to Lake Charles. His son still lives in town.
