Try up the Poudre a bit. Lake Agnes is a nice little
hike with some killer fishing at times, and Zimmerman
lake also rocks. Both have nice hikes to great
fishing.
Over Cameron Pass you will find Ruby Jewel lake in the
Colorado State forest which can be fantastic if you
don't get rained out. That too is a great hike. In
fact the whole dang area is amazing. Let me know if
