Being a tail water ARkansas flyfisher, I have come to conclusion that WHITE is the best color for a strick indicator. I have tried every type of indicator under the sun and the white seem to spook less fish and is fairly visible. I have had some trouble watching the thing when there is some foam but not enough to cause trouble. I am going to make some like the web site suggested but in white, I like the idea and design. You had better be good at fishing a strike indicator here in ARkansas it can make a world of difference on our water.
