It's a tiny fly rod that I build for use on very narrow mountain streams 
that have lots of bushes, etc. that'll reach out and grab the fly line 
from longer rods.   The ones I build range from 1 wt. and about 4 1/2 
feet in length to 6 ft - 2-3 wts.   I build them on rare occassions for 
friends.
