I don't know about the fish, but I would NOT consider a sunflower SHELL "edible" LOL... Unless I really needed some Good roughage LOL.... I know we too, have laws in Alabama in the Game and Freshwater fish book that leave the fisherman scratching their heads... Then, You call one Game warden, and he tells ya one thing, call another, and ya get another question, and call the marine police and you get yet another answer.. What I do, is try to find the guy/woman, who will ACTUALLY be writing my ticket and ask THEM how they interpret certain laws..LOL, Chuck
