Title: Meddelande
Yeah, the coarse one like Elk, I've had no problems.. just the fine stuff.. Any hairs that are a little curly too... I guess the curly ends want to tangle some before hitting the bottom of the stacker...Probably will always have to hand pull out a stray hair now and then right??? On the curly ones I mean.. Thanks to everybody... I think all these tips will greatly help my fly tails etc, Chuck

Especially on finer hairs, underfur can keep the hairs stuck together. Remove as much of it as possible...

Sometimes the problem is static.  Try rubbing a dryer sheet through the opening of the hair stacker then try again.

Subject: [VFB] Stacking hair

Folks: I am having really bad problems with my hair stacker when using any hair finer than, say Elk hair... I tap it repeatedly on the table, and like my DVD said.. I put a little baby powder on the hair stacker sides and even on the hair, but I still get uneven ends on hair that is not stiff... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance, Chuck
