Nope. The income from fuel tax is to pay for our "wonderful" transport
system.
Roads  and such are funded from the fuel and of coursethe road tax.
 The "free" health service is paid for from the WORKING populations national
insurance contributions. We pay into it and never use it but the lovely
people from other
countries just come into the country have a problem sorted for free then get
offback
home without it costing them a penny!! We also of course have the
malingering little gits
here that use the NHS but dont work even thought they are able bodied. And
to avoid the wrath of the List Meister(s) these folks DONT even go fly
fishing.!!!
