Due to too many conflicting priorities, I have not built a rod for a while now. Now that the career change is pretty much accomplished, I have several fly blanks and hope to get one or two done this winter - especially the 9wt.
I have built a 6' spinning rod (Lamiglas blank) and an 8' 6wt fiberglass rod (I cannot remember the mfg. but I bought it from Dale Clemens). I have also rebuilt a rod for a friend who wanted a better rod (bigger/custom grip and better guides) when he went party boat fishing Jim Collins
