Eric, My kids grew up in Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park. We spent hours on that beach. Many years ago, myself and the outdoor writer for the Jax paper did a trip in two man boats on the lakes. I fell over and out landing a very decent size bass. It made the FRONT PAGE of the paper. I suggest you call the Salty Feather in Jax. Good store and John Tomko is an EXPERT on that part of the world. Also call Scott Sheridan at his office (904) 737-5770. Tell him I said hello and tell him you want to join the flyfishing club.
