Thank you for this reply also. I am sorry for have offended you. I meant
to offense as I was only confused about other messages. I see now that many
people are helpful and have much knowledge and information. It seems that
there are many people here which is great for my purposes! I look forward

Please forgive the off-topic conversation these past few days. Most of us
have exhausted our discussions and are in vacation-mode until Labor Day.
Trust me when I tell you that this is an excellent board for fly tying and
that it will turn around quickly.
Many of the tyers here are pros and you won't believe the quality of the
flys they tie. Some will rarely post but will respond to you off-list if
you ask a pertinent question. Many members tie at shows and one even hosts
a show called "Sowbug" which has international tyers.
I have fished with the list owner many times (he always outfishes me and is
a show tyer) and other tyers here. Be patient and know the list gets
serious as the weather cools in the USA.
We have tyers from all over the world here and have regular fly swaps to
experience alternative ways to achieve better flys. You will not be sorry.
Currently, I have about 30 tyers' flys to distribute from the "secret" IOFF
(tying fanatics club) which is exclusive to the VirtualFlybox.com and I
might just share some pictures of these flys with you if you stay. These
patterns can be learned from the group and you won't find many in catalogs
or books...yet! Some of these flys will out-fish anything you've ever
tried.
So, stick around and share, learn and teach with us. We really get serious
about flys. Now, what question did you want answered? Start a thread and
the subject will be yours.

Please excuse me. I am confused what this board is about. I am new at fly
tying and have heard about the many swaps and information.
I have not seen any flies information or swaps...only Baja and Cabelas and
motorcycles.
