That's outright nonsense. To prove it, go buy a case of Finca Luzon (Jumilla, Spain) at $72, then go buy some corks, peacock eye sticks, glass beads, closed cell foam, acrylic paints, ziploc bags, Kreinik ribbon, glass domes, frames, matts, etc. at Hobby Lobby.
She'll beg you to go to the wineshop.....
